3 Radius Commercial Real Estate Executives Leaving to Join Colliers

Three top Santa Barbara commercial real estate brokers are moving over to an affiliate of the Radius Group in a significant shake-up of the town’s commercial real estate firm scene.
The Santa Barbara office of Colliers, an international public company, will be launched by Chris Parker, Miles Waters, and Austin Herlihy.

The trio have more than 40 years combined industry experience and ‘became respected and one of the most productive and successful teams in the region,’ according to a news release.
Collectively, they have experience specializing in the sales and leasing of office, retail, hotel, industrial, land and multifamily assets throughout the Central Coast.
Client portfolio for the team includes Global Mutual, RAF Pacifica, Eastern Real Estate, Stone Park Capital, Woodridge Capital and Dansk Investment Group. According to a news release, their extensive portfolio includes the notable sales of the Fairmont Orchid Hotel, the Hotel Californian, and the Amazon building on State Street, the QAD Campus, and Funk Zone Bakery Block, among others.

As executive vice president, Herlihy will work with Parker and Waters as vice presidents. The firm will work from its new Santa Barbara office at 314 E. Carrillo St. in downtown.
