At the 2025 International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas on Feb. 26, the company received multiple honors from The Nationals and the Best in American Living Awards (BALA), two of the most prestigious homebuilding recognitions in North America.
This year, Nautilus Homes won six major awards for its exceptional residential projects:
🏡 Watersound, a 5,700-square-foot custom estate in Cherokee Park, was honored for:
✔ Best One-of-a-Kind CH (5K–6K sq. ft.) – The Nationals
✔ Best Interiors of a Custom Home – The Nationals
✔ Best One-of-a-Kind CH (5K–6K sq. ft.) – BALA
✔ Best Kitchen in a Custom Home Priced Over $2 Million – BALA
✔ Best Outdoor Living Space – BALA
The award-winning Watersound residence was a collaboration with Cooper Johnson Smith Peterson Architects & Town Planners and Ellen Hanson Designs.
🏢 En Pointe, a sophisticated five-story luxury condominium on Golden Gate Point, also received recognition:

Designed in partnership with EchtArchitects and Angela Rodriguez Interiors, En Pointe blends modern architecture with Sarasota’s Special Overlay Zoning District guidelines, creating an exclusive community of four private residences.
